Starting at $3500 + Travel Fees
Includes Drinking Water Test: Level 2 + Bacteria, VOC Air Quality Testing, Indoor Air Quality Evaluation, Whole Home Mold Testing using the Dust Test or targeted testing plates or swabs (8 samples), an evaluation of materials and products in the home, an evaluation of up to 20 personal care products, a digital results pdf with mitigation and health recommendations, and a 1.5 hour consultation to discuss results and mitigation recommendations.

Starting at $6500 + Travel Fees
Incudes Drinking Water Test: Level 3 + Bacteria, VOC and Formaldehyde Air Quality Testing, Indoor Air Quality Assessment, Whole Home Mold Testing using The Dust Test and Targeted Testing using plates and swabs (6 samples), an evaluation of materials and products in the home, an evaluation of up to 30 personal care products, a digital results pdf with mitigation and health recommendations, and a 1.5 hour consultation to discuss results and mitigation recommendations as well as a post mitigation re-test for mold.

Starting at $9000+ Travel Fees
Includes Drinking Water Test: Level 3 + Bacteria, VOC and Formaldehyde Air Quality Testing, Indoor Air Quality Assessment, Whole Home Mold Testing using The Dust Test and Targeted Testing using plates and swabs (10 samples), an evaluation of materials and products in the home, an evaluation of up to 40 personal care products, a digital results pdf with mitigation and health recommendations, a 1.5 hour consultation to discuss results and mitigation recommendations, a post mitigation re-test for mold, VOCs, and formaldehyde and a 30
minute follow-up consultation.
*Starting Rate for up to 2,000 sq ft. An additional $250 per 500 additional sq ft is charged for homes larger than 2,000 sq ft. Travel Fees are charged one way only.
